I was born in Atlanta, GA and was raised in a Coast Guard family. After high school I joined the Navy and attended Photography School at NAS Pensacola, Florida, where I learned basic camera functions and darkroom printing skills. After serving on active duty, I joined the Naval Reserves and was stationed at the N.A.S. Photo Lab in Atlanta, GA. I enjoy taking nature photographs on the coast and in the forest parks in Georgia.
